A one-time starting allocation for each verified, approved organization on either CRM model. Each licence lasts 365 days from the patient’s activation.

No automatic charge after a year. Each patient chooses whether to renew. The allocation does not renew annually; WEC may grant additional licences.

∞WEC Health Profile

WEC Health Profile with no member limit

Offer the basic free profile to all members through a partner link or QR code. These registrations do not use Chronic Care Plus licences. Member 101 is not required to pay.

Each member manages their own health profile in main WEC. The organization gains no access to their health data.

The first row must contain column names. Up to 100 contacts per import. Existing emails are skipped, never merged.
